September is my favorite month for destination Mediterranean weddings. Crowds of tourists are gone, temperatures are more pleasing, but the sea is still warm and calm. I don't mind spending the whole month on the road, because I know that the offseason is getting closer and as a summer person I want to enjoy as much time as I can by the sea. In September 2019, weddings brought me to Iceland, Tuscany, Greece, but also to Croatia, which is my beloved country that is almost like my second home.

Wedding of Alex & Martin took place at a quiet Vir Island at a private turquoise beach under an old stone lighthouse. They are both photographers and creative people that know how to enjoy life, so their wedding was exactly as their personalities - very laid back, natural, and bit quirky - exactly how I like it! Accompanied by the fresh scent of pine trees, the sound of crickets, and the gentle sea breeze, what can be better than that?
